Every now and then a wedding comes along into my little world of wedding blog which has so much style and personality I’m lost for words. Hello Bev and Ricky!!! Their day is unique because it reflects who they are… not because it follows fashion or trends, but because they did things their way, all the way.

I guess I fell in love with this one because it’s right up my street: the humanist ceremony, the influence of nature on everything and the crafty touches. Also because the images are divine and the smiles just never stop!

The day is super stylish, relaxed and full of the unique touches which make the best weddings come true. The people make it an incredible day (and this, lovely blog readers, will be true for every single one of your weddings. People are amazing – and your people will be super fantastic on your day!) Oh – and Bev and Ricky’s flowers, the rustic styling with lavender and natural touches are just out of this world.
Shall we?

“We wanted our wedding to embrace nature and the humanist theme! The setting of the wedding in the vast and beautiful grounds of St Paul’s Walden Bury said it all for us…”
“Nature was all around us with a strong water element with a central lake running through the venue. We adopted this theme throughout and made it very natural.”
“We did pretty all of our wedding in a DIY way and hand made the table accessories with little craft envelopes stamped with the date of our wedding with Japanese tree seeds inside and tied to a sprig of flowers for each person, hessian runners with herbs and lavender sprinkled on top.”
