I’m one of those girls with a stationery fetish. I love notelets and bookplates, and the highlight of my week is always receiving packs of wedding invites and envelopes from top printers and designers to address in calligraphy. When a bride and groom choose fantastic stationery it makes me happy – and nothing makes me happier than hearing of a couple who style their day around their invitations.
On Monday, the lovely Sarah from Dragonfly and Blossom shared her beautiful flower wedding invitations on the blog, and I promised you more inspiration with a floral theme. Specifically, lavender – one of my favourite flowers for its scent and delicate appearance. It’s also a hugely popular wedding flower and looks gorgeous nestled on napkins at wedding receptions!

With thanks to Sarah from Dragonfly and Blossom for the inspiration! Sarah works with brides and grooms designing wedding invitations around the signature flowers they love and how this is going to feature in their day. Her designs take this and the detailed, delicate illustration is placed in their stationery which provides something entirely unique to them.
